Stress isliye sabse jyada harmfull he kyuki ye apko internally affect karta he , basically hume agar kahi par chot lag gayi to medicines  lene ke baad kuch dino me thik ho jata he,but stress ek esi chot he agar uspe jaldi kaam nahi kiya gaya so ispe koi medicine nahi aap ek time baad mental ho jaoge

and stress ki wajah se sari bimariya bhi aap pe affect karti he and apke immune system par bhi  affect hota  he and it directly leads to heart attack .

So agar aap bhi sabse jyada stress lete ho , so aapko ye kuch tips he jo follow karne chahiye  , I promise aap stress lena chod doge .

1] Talk to our close one .

Sabke life me ek  best friend hota he jisse wo sari batein share karta he , so if apke bhi life me koi best friend he to please usse sari batein share karein agar apki marriage ho gayi he to apne life partner se share karein par sari batein share kare apne andar kuch bhi mat rehne de .

Isse apka dimaag shant ho jayega and apko relief mehsoos hoga .

2] quit all bad habits

 agar apko kisi tarah ka addiction he ya fir koi galat habit he so quit it right now .

Cigarate , alcohol , etc etc ye sab apke life ko kharab karte he mind ko bhi and physical body ko bhi so first ye sari adatein chod do .
