STEP 1 :

Sabse pehle aapko meditation ke liye ek silent jagah dhundni hogi jisme aap shanti se meditation kar sake .

STEP 2 :

Fir apko breath IN and breat OUT karna he and focus apni body par lagana he , Sabse pehle focus apne head par lagao then apne nose par fir apne hands par ese karte karte pure body parts par focus karna he .

STEP 3 :

After 10 mins. Apko aapka pura focus apke breathing par dena he and apne goals ke baare me sochna he .

STEP 4 :

Agar aap beginner ho to maximum 15 minutes bhi kaafi he and ese karte karte aap apka time badha sakte ho. and that’s it .

What happens after Meditation

Meditation ke baad apka dimag shant ho jata he , aapke andar se negativity dheere dheere khatam hone lagti he .
