So ab me esa kyu keh raha hun , well apne bohot saare blogs me and videos me dekha hoga  ,wo kehte he alarm ko dur rakho bed se , then bed se turant utar kar bathroom me chale jao etc. etc.

But reality me apko batau aap subah jaldi to uth jaoge but jese jese din niklega after 12PM apko thakaan mehsus hone lagegi apka kaam me dhyaan nahi lagega it’s all because apne apke body ko jitna rest chahiye utna rest nahi diya .

So apko kuch dino ke liye apne body ko uske hisaab se uthne do , forcefully uthoge to pura day actively kaam nahi kar paoge .

And agar apko subah jaldi uthna he and bina body ko force kare uthna so tumhe raat ko jald sona hoga .

Tip no. 2

Take a task for morning / reason to wake at morning.

Esa kaha jata he subah subah agar tum koi kaam karte ho to wo productively pura hota he kyuki sabah apka active level 100%  hota he and jese jese din hota he ye decrease hote chala jata he .

Second thing is apne observe kiya hoga jis din apko kahi jana ho suppose meri next morning ki 6AM ki train he so meri apne aap hi subah aakh khul jayegi ,this is because I have a strong reason to wake up morning .

So apko apka reason dhundna he ki apko subah jaldi kyu uthna he , wo reason kuch bhi ho sakta gym , meditation , study , creative work . its all depend on you .

Tip no. 3

Shut your electronic devices after 10 PM

So iske piche ek bohot bada reason he , agar aap raat ko late night tak apne smartphone ko ya fir apne pc ko use karte ho to ye apke eyes ko ek message deta he itne baje tak hume jagna he.

and ap ek chiz observe karna sirf ek din without using smartphone sone ka try karna apko nind nahi ayegi jab tak apka regular time nahi hota .

Iske piche ki jo science he na uska ek video jiski link ye rahi niche , Is video ko dekhne ke baad apko samaj aajayega basically hota kya he .

So the main thing is apko 10 ya fir 11 PM ke baad apke electronic devices ko use na kare dheere dheere adat dalo pad jayegi .
